Now that the conversion to our new core processor is behind us and the dust has finally settled, I wanted to thank you and your staff at ERAS for your help in our core conversion. As you are very well aware core conversions are not easy or fun. It takes a lot of planning and effort from everyone within the bank and also our partners outside the bank. ERAS has been our partner for a long time and has been there for us time and again.  

The efforts that ERAS put forth were above and beyond the call of duty. Without their tireless efforts to get things right the first time we would not have had a successful conversion with respects to our various interfaces to ERAS.  

I am a veteran of more conversions than I care to remember. I can honestly say without hesitation that our partnership with ERAS helped make this a successful core conversion. The bank's Executive Management team also recognized the instrumental role you and your staff had in our successful conversion.

Within two days of implementing the new iMonitor program from Eras, a fraud issue was exposed revealing what could have been a potential loss to Transatlantic Bank in the amount of $121,000.00.

Since we've started using this system, it has more than paid for itself. Only because of this system, we were able to detect this particular incident, which may have gone unoticed.

BankFIRST has been a satisfied user of the ERAS suite of image solutions since August 2002.  In late 2004, we decided to enhance our customer's internet banking experience by making cleared check images (front and back) available to them through a secure interface to our outsourced internet banking provider, Certegy.  ERAS coordinated the development and implementation of the interface and worked with Certegy technical support to get it tested and operational.  The entire project was accomplished in under two weeks and customer satisfaction is extremely high.  It is a genuine pleasure to work with the professionals at ERAS.

As a De Novo bank opening the doors in January of 2002 with an aggressive growth strategy of six (6) branches opening within the first year, it was very important to have an item-processing center that could manage our growth.   Since our opening in 2002, we have grown to nine branches in 3 years.  ERAS has made the item processing and statement rendering associated with this type of aggressive growth a seamless process.    

In addition to item processing we also use ERAS "E-Statement" and "Report Storage" products. We find them to be a leader in the industry with the newest technology available to their customers.

The ERAS staff is very knowledgeable and professional and it is a pleasure to work with them.
