Diebold Eras reporting, incorporates a unique design in that data stored in the archive resides in raw form to consume the absolute minimum space allowing massive multi-year storage. Core reporting data is delivered to the screen in typical green bar form and is searchable and extractable in the common forms required; i.e. Excel, Quicken, Money, etc. When statements are retrieved, they are generated in PDF form providing a highly flexible format. The PDF is only temporary but can be uploaded to the local PC for off-line storage by your customer or staff who is conducting research.

iStat - Diebold Eras image statement product may be accessed in several ways. The simplest provides for local printing and mailing or Email to customers. A more productive approach is to queue up the statement generation after the drop at month end. All statements (as requested by customers) can be automatically emailed out to allow your business customers the ability to work on their books on the first of the month instead of the normal 2nd week. An alternate to this approach is to provide Email notification to your customers that their statement is ready and they may log onto your internet banking web page to download their statements in encrypted format.
