IDOC Capture Services

Diebold Eras will provide scanning and indexing services to the client on-site. The scanning service will consist of the following:

• Assistance in the schema design for all document groups and document types and its implementation.
  
• Pre-loading of all associated document key data, provided by the bank from core data system(s).
  
• Scanning of all provided bank files, including loan files, customer account files, etc.
  
• Review of scanned documents after each scan for first level quality review.

The client will be responsible for providing the documents, organized as mutually agreed, free of all binding (including paper clips, staples, etc.). The client will also be responsible for the security and maintenance of the documents.
