iReturn provides an automated way to handle daily incoming returns. The system images the return items, identifies the most recent deposit account number and creates the posting file to process them through the bank's core data processing system. It also loads the item images, with all return endorsements into Diebold Eras' iCheck archive system for easy lookup throughout the bank. The capture process can take place virtually anywhere using our desktop sorter, either in your operations center, branch location or at one of Diebold Eras' item processing centers.

iReturn can also be combined with iCheck.net to provide your commercial customers with same day access to their return deposited items, as online images, with the ability to request re-deposits from the same screen! iReturn can also be interfaced into your internet banking system for expedited, online incoming returns for all types of customers.
