Diebold Eras iCheck image archive delivers complete image based research capabilities to every user in the bank, for as far back as the bank desires. Simply put, instant access to all items captured during item processing can be given to anyone in the bank who has a browser and a login. Diebold Eras does not charge any per item fees for lookup of items. Diebold Eras does not charge a "per seat" license for use of our check imaging software. The images belong to the bank and should always be freely accessible. The images are usually available for the bank to view within an hour of the end of processing for the bank for that day (late in the evening, always before the bank opens the next business day).
